The National Union of Construction Architects and Engineers of Cuba (UNAICC) and the Pan American Union of Engineering Associations (UPADI) are pleased to invite you to participate in the XXXIII Pan American Engineering Convention - UPADI 2012 - that is being organized to take place April 9th to 13th at the Havana Convention Centre.
Associated with this important event, we are developing the IX Construction Fair - FECONS 2012 - between April 10th and 14th at PABEXPO; this is an opportunity to satisfy the needs for promotion and marketing of products, services and technologies in the area of engineering.
Cuba organized two Pan American Engineering Conventions, the first in 1951 and the twentieth in the year 1988; both of these became favourable scenarios for the sharing of ideas among engineering professionals in the region and assisted in the strengthening of the Pan American Union of Engineering Associations.
The thirtieth edition of UPADI 2012 shall be a propitious time for the exchange of experience and information among the participants, contributing to new challenges in the scientific and technical development in our countries.
