Confirmation of travel insurance is done instantly. Your credit card will be debited, within a period of 24 hours, after the purchase of the insurance. The charge will be in USD. Solways Cuba will receive the payment for this reservation. Solways Cuba only accepts online payments with the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard.

Cancellation and Refund
For the cancellation of the travel insurance, the following procedure will be followed:
  • - If canceled 72 hours before the start of coverage, the full amount paid will be refunded.
  • - After 72 hours before the insurance start date, the Traveler will NOT be able to make its cancellation effective.
