A journey that begins in the majestic and vibrant capital (Havana), passes through the French and maritime elegance of Cienfuegos, and culminates in the colonial city preserved like a treasure (Trinidad). Three unique heritage experiences, united by history, music, and Cuban authenticity.

Includes: Havana, Cienfuegos and Trinidad City Tours with lunch + 1 night Accommodation in Havana and Cienfuegos Hotels with breakfast included + 1 night Accommodation in an all-Inclusive Hotel in Trinidad + transfer from Havana to Cienfuegos, to Trinidad and to the next destination*** + visit to some local projects according to program.

Program

Day 1 (Havana) :
- 8:30 a.m. Pick-up at the Havana hotel***. Panoramic tour of Modern Havana, starting at Revolution Square, and visiting 'Callejón de Hamel' Community Cultural Project. Transfer along the Malecón to Paseo del Prado, with views of notable buildings such as Gran Teatro de La Habana and Capitolio de La Habana. The tour continues to Alameda de Paula, the first maritime promenade in the city, built in 1777 to begin the walking tour through the main squares, like Plaza San Francisco de Asís, Plaza Vieja, Plaza de Armas, and Plaza de la Catedral, where the most important buildings of the era, are concentrated.
- Lunch at a local restaurant. Visit to Loma del Ángel neighborhood, with its cobblestone streets that inspired the 19th-century writer Cirilo Villaverde his famous novel 'Cecilia Valdés'. Transfer by bus to the Miramar residential area, to visit the 'Fusterlandia' project, created by the Cuban ceramicist, sculptor, and engraver “Fuster”. Return to the hotel. Overnight with breakfast at the Havana Hotel.

Day 2 (Havana-Cienfuegos) :
- 08:00 hrs. In the morning, pick-up from your Havana hotel and departure to Cienfuegos. Arrival and Lunch at Palacio del Valle Restaurant.
- City Tour of Cienfuegos, popularly known as the Pearl of the South. Walking tour along the Boulevard. Overnight with breakfast at the hotel in Cienfuegos.

Day 3 (Cienfuegos – Trinidad) :
- 9:00 AM Departure to the city of Trinidad, the third town founded by the Spanish Crown in 1514 under the name of the Holy Trinity, which preserves its almost intact colonial architecture. Visit to the Manaca-Iznaga Tower, located on the old sugar plantation about 15 km from the city of Trinidad. Continue the tour to the Historic Center of Trinidad, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1988, along with the Valley of the Sugar Mills located in the region.
- Lunch at a local restaurant . Visit to the Potter's House, a workshop with a rich pottery history. Panoramic tour of the city to admire the colonial architecture of the period. Overnight at the Meliá Trinidad Peninsula Hotel with All Inclusive.

Day 4 Trinidad–Varadero.
- Departure in the morning to your next destination *** Havana, Varadero or Cayo Santa Maria.

*** To arrange the transfers, you must contact with [email protected] to inform your pick-up hotel in Havana and your final destination (after Trinidad) and the Hotel for the drop off.

Your credit card will be debited after your reservation is made for the amount indicated at the time of payment. The charge will be made in USD or EUR, depending on the currency selected, to the benefit of the merchant handling the payment, which you will be notified of at the end of the purchase process.

Modifications to the package program
The order of services in a package program can be modified depending on our clients' needs, as long as the proposed package price remains unchanged.

Reservations
Passport or ID must be presented at check-in for both hotels and flights for packages that include this product.

We offer two types of packages: fixed and dynamic.

Fixed packages offer only one hotel option per destination, depending on the package.

Dynamic packages offer multiple hotel options or combinations depending on the package and destination. At the time of purchase, only the options available for the travel date and passenger combination chosen by the customer will be displayed.

Payments - Cancellations - Refunds
Payments must be made in advance. Your credit card will be debited within 24 hours of confirming your reservation. The charge will be in USD or EUR, depending on the selected payment currency. The total charge includes the services explicitly described in the package, as well as taxes. Additional charges not described, such as phone calls, parking, meals not described in the package, etc., will be covered by the customer directly with the supplier.

If the customer needs to change or cancel their travel plans, it is their responsibility to notify Solways in writing of such changes. Tickets are subject to penalties, with restrictions of up to 100% non-refundable and exchangeable. Once payment has been made for your reservation, the following cancellation policy will apply:

- If you cancel 5 days before your reservation, Solways will charge a USD 15.00 administrative fee to the total amount paid for your reservation. During peak season (December 22 - January 3), other cancellation policies apply. For more information, please contact Solways Cuba directly.
- If you cancel less than 5 days before your reservation, you will be charged a 100% penalty. Only cancellations due to force majeure will be exempt from this penalty.
- No-shows will be charged a 100% penalty.

Refunds will only be issued to the person who purchased the service, who must provide the original reservation/payment documents.

Complaints
If you are not satisfied with any of the services received, please send your complaint to [email protected]. Once received:
- Solways Cuba will send the information received to the service provider for review.
- Once the necessary information has been received from the provider, Solways Cuba will inform the customer of its decision.
