The package includes a domestic flight from Havana to Cayo Largo and vice versa, with transfers included, plus 3 nights of all-inclusive accommodations at the Villa Linda Mar in a Bungalow.
1st day:
- 04:00hrs/4am: Transfer by shared bus from a hotel in Havana to Havana Airport to take the domestic flight to Cayo Largo.
- Arrival at Cayo Largo. Transfer by shared bus from the airport to the hotel in Cayo Largo. Accommodation for 3 nights at the Villa Linda Mar with all-inclusive service.

4th day:
- 15:00hrs/3pm: Transfer by shared bus to the Cayo Largo Airport to board the domestic flight to Havana.
- Transfer by shared bus from Havana Airport to the selected hotel in Havana City.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
- To reserve the package, you must send the following information to [email protected], including the reservation reference number in the subject line. Passport or ID numbers, as applicable, for all passengers and the name of the pick-up hotel in Havana.
- Infants 0 to 1.99 years of age travel free and do not occupy a seat on the plane. - Passengers are responsible for carrying identification.
- Pickup for transfer begins 3 hours before flight time.
- Pickup time must be reconfirmed 24 hours before flight departure.
- Flight departure/arrival times may be subject to change depending on airline availability.
- Baggage: 5 kg carry-on baggage and 20 kg hold baggage per paying passenger.
Please read the following conditions carefully before continuing. By agreeing to these terms, you signify that you have read and understood all the terms and conditions related to the policies outlined.

Your credit card will be debited after your reservation is made for the amount indicated at the time of payment. The charge will be made in USD or EUR, depending on the currency selected, to the benefit of the merchant handling the payment, which you will be notified of at the end of the purchase process.

Modifications to the package program
The order of services in a package program can be modified depending on our clients' needs, as long as the proposed package price remains unchanged.

Reservations
Passport or ID must be presented at check-in for both hotels and flights for packages that include this product.

We offer two types of packages: fixed and dynamic.

Fixed packages offer only one hotel option per destination, depending on the package.

Dynamic packages offer multiple hotel options or combinations depending on the package and destination. At the time of purchase, only the options available for the travel date and passenger combination chosen by the customer will be displayed.

Payments - Cancellations - Refunds
Payments must be made in advance. Your credit card will be debited within 24 hours of confirming your reservation. The charge will be in USD or EUR, depending on the selected payment currency. The total charge includes the services explicitly described in the package, as well as taxes. Additional charges not described, such as phone calls, parking, meals not described in the package, etc., will be covered by the customer directly with the supplier.

If the customer needs to change or cancel their travel plans, it is their responsibility to notify Solways in writing of such changes. Tickets are subject to penalties, with restrictions of up to 100% non-refundable and exchangeable. Once payment has been made for your reservation, the following cancellation policy will apply:

- If you cancel 5 days before your reservation, Solways will charge a USD 15.00 administrative fee to the total amount paid for your reservation. During peak season (December 22 - January 3), other cancellation policies apply. For more information, please contact Solways Cuba directly.
- If you cancel less than 5 days before your reservation, you will be charged a 100% penalty. Only cancellations due to force majeure will be exempt from this penalty.
- No-shows will be charged a 100% penalty.

Refunds will only be issued to the person who purchased the service, who must provide the original reservation/payment documents.

Complaints
If you are not satisfied with any of the services received, please send your complaint to [email protected]. Once received:
- Solways Cuba will send the information received to the service provider for review.
- Once the necessary information has been received from the provider, Solways Cuba will inform the customer of its decision.
